its less a question of the admin's intelligence and more a question of overlap between similar communities. for instance, ive posted 1/5 of my fannish 50 in the first community. would the admin here mind if i joined this community using a joint tag, or would they be more interested in my participation if i reset with a separate tag or would they prefer me to abstain all together? yknow, simple questions that can only garner answers if asked in the first place.
